Carefully Read These Terms Before Using Our Service.

The company is responsible for delivering the product promptly and per the Customer’s requirements as indicated in their order.  However, should any of the commitments by the company be violated, then the customer is entitled to either a full or partial reimbursement as stated in our policy.

Notably, we want to emphasize the only situations when we can guarantee a full refund. These are:

Cancellation by Customer / No Delivery or Partial Delivery

  • No assigned Writer yet: Though rare, the refund amount is always 100%. If such does occur, the customer should be less worried since they are notified and fully refunded.
  • The Writer was confirmed and assigned, but you later cancelled the order. In such a case, the refund amount will vary from; 100% to 75% to compensate the company and the Writer’s efforts in their attempt to offer you the product and services ordered.
  • The Writer was confirmed and assigned, and over half of the deadline had passed, then the customer decided to cancel their order. The refund amount varies between 50%-0% to cover the company’s and Writer’s efforts to accommodate your requested order.
  • Late Delivery: This can only happen when the Writer gets ill or has any other emergencies. In the event such happens, the company will do a refund of an appropriate amount to the client to pay off for the late delivery. The exact amount to be refunded will be discussed with the customer based on the delay and the situation.
  • On-time delivery for all orders is well guaranteed. However, sometimes delays may happen due to the customer’s late upload of needed materials. In this situation, we guarantee no refund, so we emphasize having all the ideal information during the ordering process.

Work Not as Described

  • Disputed claims: when a client is unsatisfied with the quality and the delivered works specifications, the company must address the concerns and try reifying the issue. Hence, a refund claim will be initiated or declined based on the findings.
  • Plagiarized content: In a claim that the submitted paper is plagiarized, the Writer and the client must share their plagiarism report from Turnitin to verify the claims. No other reports will be accepted other than this, or no refund will be granted.

Duplicate Transaction/Order

  • Accidental Duplicate Transaction: If an extra/duplicate payment has been processed against the same order that has been fully paid, a refund of 100% will be completed to the client.
  • Accidental Duplicate Order: to cancel an order that has been placed by mistake, you will be required to contact us as soon as possible and clarify with us that the said other order is not required

You’re Not Entitled to a Refund If:

  • A quality work than expected has been submitted: We do not guarantee your results since the papers we provide are draft sample papers tailored solely as reference points and are not entirely ready for submission or ought not to be submitted as one’s work.
  • Note: delay refunds and price recalculation are not applied in case of a revision deadline, as the end dates differ.
  • Editing, proofreading, and formatting orders: Please ensure you understand that the placed order for the services above contains the original content that you write. Hence, it may contain errors of contextual nature that we may not be liable for.

Refund Processing

Once you’ve received a refund acknowledgement, the company will initiate the process within seven business days from the confirmation date. Note that the company cannot be held responsible for Bank Transfer fees, transfer anomalies, and possible delays due to any Bank service issues from your end.
